I've been accepting #bitcoin in my #opticians practice since November 2021. Haven't really marketed it to my existing patient base, however I am now launching my own eyewear range HODL Eyewear and will be talking about Bitcoin a lot more....interesting to see the impact / feedback from them.

It's crazy to think that over 800 million people struggle with every day activities due to visual impairment and cannot access a simple pair of glasses to fix their sight. The vast majority are unbanked, live in the global south and their poor vision creates a major barrier to living their fullest life. It is our hope that #bitcoin can fix this. #satsforsight Local initiative with Global Impact.
