Well, here are two simple facts:
1) He had the insight (or the serendipity) to sign up to #nostr before the vast majority of us
2) As of now, his account is one of the few on nostr that has more than 100k followers. Since he is not a developer nor an owner of any nostr clients (AFAIK), it's highly unlikely he somehow "gamed" this number
So obviously something about him resonates with the #plebchain

Essentially we are experimenting with this basic idea:

So what we are doing with #NOSTRLEGENDS is simple:
First and foremost we are honoring some of the people who have worked tirelessly to not only make nostr the place it is today, but also what it becomes in the future. Getting into the nitty gritty:
1) We create a personalized digital product - in this case, utilizing AI + some manual design and adjustments to create these character images (inspired by #nostr user nostr:npub1yrffsyxk5hujkpz6mcpwhwkujqmdwswvdp4sqs2ug26zxmly45hsfpn8p0 who did something similar, but we are trying to take it a couple of steps further)
2) We post it & tag the relevant user(s)
3) The tagged user can then decide:
3.1) Whether they don't like it at all and consider it spam or view it in any other negative light, in which case it's not just wasteful but counterproductive to us
3.2) If they like it, but don't act on it, then we have at the very minimum achieved offering the specific user a pleasant surprise
3.3) If they like it, then they are free to download the image straight away and use/share it on their socials - with out logo and watermark (hopefully) still attached - providing us exposure
3.4) If they REALLY like it and want to use it for any personal or professional use at the highest quality possible and without advertising someone else's company, then they are more than welcome to purchase and download white-labelled and full resolution images. Now I don't expect this to become a particularly profitable or important part of the business, I would say this is more for fun, to promote community engagement and as a general promotional exercise. That being said, the more we can automate everything, the more viable these kinds of business practices (where most, if not all of the product/service offered is free of charge) become. If AI managed to do this fully from step A to step Z, cutting energy and human time consumption to zero or near-zero, then why wouldn't we make cool avatars for everybody on #nostr to enjoy?

A treasure hunt! There is a nostr:npub13qv9uflfdn70c0zcccju7uxymwn407xjax4he2uq75qj5dp7klfqt74rrf invoice that pays whoever redeems it 25k satoshis - the goal of the treasure hunt is to be the first to assemble the URL to claim the bounty. Detailed overview:
"The Bounty is a 25k sats @Lightsats tip ID that pays whoever redeems it, 25,000 sats i.e. 0.00025 bitcoin.
Every note in the Satoshee Treasure Hunt series contains 1/5th of the ID.
The URL to eventually claim the bounty is structured as follows:

“ID” is a string of 25 alphanumeric characters - every note in the "Treasure Hunt #1" series contains 5 characters of the code. To bring everyone on a level playing field, here are all the parts that have been posted thus far:
