I think it would just come down to how you want to use it. For certain things this first release is already amazing.
Is escapism really that bad?
I was feeling some slight discomfort after 20 minutes. I had to pull it up on my face a couple times. I think it would be a bigger problem if worn for longer.
It’s quite good. I think it’s safe to say this will be a permanent part of the apple product lineup.

I’m not so certain that this ensures safety.
Many of the initial users are ideologically motivated which I don’t think scales well.
With 200 users Damus is at ~$1,000/month revenue.
It is becoming more apparent that buying Twitter was massive arbitrage.
Holy cringe. That a campaign like this could possibly work on people makes me question my grip on the world.
