"Mejorar mi entorno económico" esa frase enmarca exactamente el punto , y no quiere decir eso que yo deba usar exclusivamente Bitcoin,

El Dinero Fiat debería ser la segunda instancia producto de la volatilidad y eso no es incompatible.

No es lo mismo preservar valor en el tiempo para luego cambiarlo por un dinero manipulado como el Fiat con todos sus vicios,

A interactuar económicamente con un dinero sano como Bitcoin, y recurrir al Fiat para satisfacer solo su utilidad especializada que es brindar unidad de cuenta.

Bitcoin adicionalmente me permite relacionarme económicamente sin el acoso estatal,

Y eso solo se logra si llegamos al consenso de que Bitcoin es para separar el Dinero del Estado, y ese beneficio es superior a simplemente hacerte "rico" preservando valor,

Bitcoin Nos permite *libertad* y por consecuencia *Prósperidad*.

One of the crazy things about AI and robotics is that in the year 2025, most people still don't use Roombas or other robotic vacuum cleaners.

They're useful in many contexts, but they're not clearly better across most metrics than a human with a vacuum cleaner yet. They've been out for a very long time, gradually improving. And that's one *very specific* task with pretty clear visualization requirements and floor mobility requirements and pretty low safety thresholds with high repetition levels, and yet that market isn't dominated by robotics yet.

That's an example of why I continue to view white collar computer-work AI as being *way* ahead of in-the-field blue collar robotic AI in terms of competing with human jobs.

The moment where it's a joke to buy a human-powered vacuum instead of a robot vacuum, rather than a debatable trade-off, is kind of the canary in the coal mine moment for consumer robotics. We can't even nail that yet, but once we do, it's kind of a floodgate moment, considering how long that task has been in the works for, and it will probably quickly expand to other areas following that moment.

That's kind of my basic test for robot hype. Yes, they're getting better and better. Yes, they do backflips now. Yes, it's a big deal. But in-the-field blue collar skilled work is a really high bar, and we haven't fully cleared the "vacuum carpeted areas of the same house floor area over and over" stage of that yet.

Everything is kind of hype until that stage is fully breached. Then it's off to the races.

What's your view of that heuristic?

Para mí, el mayor problema de #Bitcoin como dinero no era su volatilidad, sino el concepto de que el dinero debía ser “malo” (según la Ley de Gresham) para que fuera fácil deshacerse de él a cambio de bienes y servicios. Sin embargo, después de mucho tiempo, me di cuenta de que mi percepción era errónea. Usar exclusivamente Bitcoin como dinero implica mejorar completamente mi entorno económico, ya que me obliga a reflexionar sobre la calidad y la necesidad de los bienes y servicios por los que estoy dispuesto a pagar. Esto se debe a que el dinero (Bitcoin) que entrego a cambio tiene un gran valor, tanto en el presente como potencialmente en el futuro.

Bitcoin puede ser medio de pago, eso no me obliga a mantener saldos en tesorería y asumir la volatilidad, y en cuanto a la unidad de cuenta puede ser delegada en el instrumento que se especialicé en ese aspecto del dinero, aunque es ineficiente en términos de facilidad, el esfuerzo de actuar así me permite relacionarme económicamente evitando el acoso estatal, no es para todo el mundo pero negar esa versatilidad me parece un error.
