It is hard to bootstrap on nostr. we must band together. times will get harder before they get better.
I regularly introduce Malawians, especially my students, to Nostr while teaching them about Bitcoin. So far, more than 10 of my students have created accounts on various Nostr clients. We also conduct basic educational sessions on the Nostr protocol in collaboration with nostr:npub1yzvxlwp7wawed5vgefwfmugvumtp8c8t0etk3g8sky4n0ndvyxesnxrf8q . However, we should explore additional strategies to onboard more Malawians to Nostr—collaboration will be key.
