the uk increased the minimum wage a few months back, now being used as an excuse for even more persistent inflation, and markets now expecting the Bank of England to keep rates higher, longer. It would seem to me theyre fucked either way. The USD m2 money supply is increasing and the fed are likely to cut rates... so USD denominated imports to the UK inflate as the supply of USD increases whilst local gbp liquidity remains disproportionately restricted. i dont actually care lol being all in on bitcoin, but it just seems like a total clusterfuck
