Its really easy to set up just download Wallet of Satoshi from the app store

Open the app click Receive
Then click the lightning address
It should now be copied. Go to your Nostr profile and paste it where it asks for a lightning address. Now people can send you some bitcoin ⚡️

I think there should be a suitable middle ground for deletions. Sometimes people make honest mistakes while writing a note. There should be a way for people to make corrections. Even pencils have erasers.
