- 71% had diversity recruitment initiatives
- 65% had a DEI training program
- 50% sponsor a mentor program (where more senior employees guide new hires from underrepresented groups)
There is no such thing as “DEI done right.”
The ideology, by its very nature, strives to artificially induce equal outcomes between groups which results in discriminatory policies.
At a bare minimum you would need to purge the E (equity) from the DEI acronym but at that point it’s no longer DEI.
