Fibromyalgia.

Add 2 drops of Lavender oil, 2 drops of Cinnamon oil, 2 drops of Ginger oil, and 2 drops of Copaiba oil to either hot water with honey or a tea of you choice.

Take at least weekly.

Difficulty sleeping.

Add two drops of Cedarwood oil and two drops of Lavender oil to a diffuser.

Place diffuser near bedside and run it when going to bed.

Headaches.

Add two to three drops of Peppermint oil to a cotton ball.

Apply to temples.

Dry skin. Cracked heels.

Add 3 drops of Oregano oil, 1 drop of Frankincense oil, 5 drops of Lemon oil, and 5 drops of Peppermint oil to a roll-on and top up with a carrier oil of your choice (coconut oil, olive oil, etc).

Apply to heals in the morning and at night and wear socks afterwards.

Lip Licker's Dermatitis.

Mix equal parts Tea Tree oil and coconut oil.

Apply frequently..

Warts.

Create a roll-on with 10 drops of Lemon, 10 drops of Cypress, 10 drops of Marjoram, 10 drops of Tea Tree, and fill the rest of the roll-on bottle with V-6 vegetable oil.

Apply twice a day
