Social media can be a tool or a crutch. Yeah, I use it as a crutch a lot - but it is an amazing tool.

Reading comprehension is as much the readers responsibility as it is the writers. Writing what they wrote in the first part of the note immediately puts everyone on edge, and would trigger a response in most folks I would think.
The remainder of the note is clouded with the first sentence..so even if the content is making a point..the part that caused the knee jerk already happened.
I would have reordered some things in that.
