Absolutely -- intrusiveness of user agreements and surveillance from smart devices for instance is why I declined to have a device like a 'smart phone' for more than a decade after they were readily available -- tracking of location and communications is THE NORM now---though folks still may be understand that ---having the state make further intrusive in-roads should be prevented to maintain liberty and autonomy for the individual.

The SEC will go after *BOTH* ETH & XRP as unregistered securities. The SEC works for the bank cartel and they run a protection racket for the banks. Theyāll cite national security & the patriot act if needed, but no way will ETH/XRP make it.
