If USD is stopped on Binance US, how does Binance global stay liquid? How do they then operate as an exchange?
With 0 flows of USD coming into the exchange, how do you meet USDT and USD needs globally 1:1?
To me speculating…. It sounds like the entire exchange may come undone in hours
