Yesterday I was at a conference where a Journalist (with capital J) denounced everything that happened during covid, the WEF puppeteering every single western government, the money laundering machine that is the Ukraine-Russia war, the implicit attack of the USA via the NATO (along with Norway to the european oil pipe), the immense value of Assange and everything connected to what he denounced.
He preached a lot about protest, revolution and sovereignty embracing the traditional ways (self production, circular economy and such).
He founded an independent online newspaper ( https://www.lindipendente.online/ for my italian friends, I'm talking about Matteo Gracis).
I scoured it, searching for articles about the most efficient way to protest against the system, but I only found a couple of articles about #bitcoin
So I thought: what if we, as in collective nostr, take the matter upon our hands, and write an awesome email with the most crucial and essential points about the sovereignty, the independence from the governments, the immutability and everything that makes Bitcoin, Bitcoin?

Non esiste ad oggi un quotidiano - online o cartaceo - “amico” di Bitcoin, anche semplicemente perché i giornalisti sono in gran parte o boomer o di area politica ben definita e quindi per vari motivi estranei culturalmente e professionalmente al mondo Bitcoin.
Sarebbe una gran mossa inserirsi… anche perché immagino che anche loro abbiano bisogno di lettori come il pane… un matrimonio se non d’amore almeno di interesse!

There’s an ongoing funny thing in Italy.
Our beloved PM #Meloni for years before becoming PM screamed every single day about the need for a “naval blockade” in the Mediterranean in order to “stop the invasion” of mostly black people coming from Africa. That happened when she needed votes to become PM.
She’s now in office for one year and Italy is registering a record number of people incoming. Just yesterday at least 5000 people got to southern Sicily by boat.
No sign whatsoever of “naval blockade”, she lost her voice on this issue.
All of this to say you can NEVER trust politicians, at any level. Only trust yourself, vote with your feet (and your pocket). And stack sats.
