Harsh wintry cold spell in Europe with frost and snow.

Serbia has been hit by huge snowfalls and Belgrade reached 17cm of snow, the max. snow depth ever recorded in April, with data since late 1800s.

Endless warmth in the Koreas and Far East Russia,

Today 3 April temperatures reached 27C in North Korea and an exceptional 23.7C at Anucino in Far East Russia. Temperatures have been 10C/15C above average for days and up to 6C warmer than the previous March records!
