imho the owner of this establishment needs to be sued immediately. a good person was injured due to a series of bad decisions. thankfully she is ok but things could have been much worse. additionally, this entire plot of land has been used for inappropriate and illegal activities in a mixed-residential area for years now.
the city can only send so many notices. the police are sick and tired of the bullshit that happens in these types of places. the neighborhood has suffered due to the violent threats of a clearly unhealthy and distraught man on a balcony, and of the threat which these illegal activities pose to the community.
