Answering to myself :

- Storj : most easy to use but centralized sattelites

- Sia : fully decentralized but hard to set-up

- Arweave : Unique permanent storage, easy to use, expensive to store, so not for day to day use but more for "gold" archives to keep forever

- IPFS : Easy, cheap, perfect for website, but no encryption natively and need to keep a few pin up and running

- Filecoin : better use IPFS direclty

Conclusion :

1 - Arweave if can afford

2 - IPFS + .zip compressed and encrypted
