This. As you grow and mature you will begin to see the world is full of adult children.

Whatever happened in your childhood is not your fault, but it is your responsibility as an adult to deal with it.

Thank you Calle for getting my Friday morning started with Uncle Al 🫡

Is your hot pot a sneakerhead? #foodstr

Millennials/older zoomers are old enough to have been sold the American dream and young enough to get completely rugged by the same people who sold that dream.

#asknostr Are there any hardcore bands out there who are bitcoiners?

I've never considered myself a punk kid and don't go to a lot of shows anymore because I'm ~old~ but I find it interesting how the hardcore scene hasn't quite figured out bitcoin yet. If I had to guess, most people in that world don't just don’t understand how neatly the venn diagram overlaps between the bitcoin protocol and true hardcore punk ethos of being an anti-establishment, DIY anarchist.

Is the reality that most people don't actually care about the message of the music and just want to go have fun or release some anger in the pit? Which if that’s the case I totally respect and have no judgement about whatsoever. I'm probably just jaded to the idea that people are out here selling albums and merch about how you hate the system but also use that same system when a better alternatives exists 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyways, I'll turn this Gulch album back on shut up...

10x-ing your personal agency would mean radically increasing your ability to shape your own life, take control of your decisions, and act with unstoppable momentum. Here’s what that could look like:

1. Extreme Ownership – You stop blaming external factors entirely. Every problem in your life, even those caused by others, becomes something you take responsibility for solving.

• Example: Instead of complaining about a bad job or relationship, you immediately take action—quitting, negotiating, setting boundaries, or creating something better.

2. Relentless Decision-Making – You make decisions faster and with more confidence. No more waiting for perfect clarity; you trust yourself and course-correct along the way.

• Example: If you’re unsure about a business idea, you don’t spend months overthinking. You launch, test, iterate, and refine based on real feedback.

3. Maximized Self-Efficacy – You fully believe in your power to accomplish anything. Obstacles don’t make you hesitate; they fuel you.

• Example: Instead of doubting whether you can learn a new skill, you immerse yourself in it until mastery is inevitable.

4. Unshakable Conviction – You stop seeking external validation. Your internal compass dictates your actions, not social pressure or fear of judgment.

• Example: If you believe Bitcoin is the future, you build your life around that belief, regardless of critics.

5. Preemptive Action – You don’t wait for life to happen to you. You anticipate problems, solve them before they arise, and create opportunities before they’re needed.

• Example: Instead of waiting for a financial crisis to remind you to be prepared, you structure your wealth and assets proactively.

6. Radical Self-Discipline – You become immune to distractions and emotional impulses. Your daily actions align with your long-term goals with near-perfect consistency.

• Example: No more “I’ll start tomorrow.” You execute daily, whether it’s fitness, learning, or building.

7. Mastery Over Emotions – You control your emotions instead of them controlling you. Anxiety, doubt, and fear don’t dictate your actions; you override them with logic and action.

• Example: If you feel hesitant to make a big move, you acknowledge the fear but don’t let it stop you.

8. Network Leverage – You stop trying to do everything alone. You build high-value relationships and use collective power to multiply your impact.

• Example: Instead of struggling solo, you surround yourself with top performers and create value together.

9. Obsessive Execution – You move at 10x speed. What takes others a year, you accomplish in a month by eliminating waste and focusing on the highest-value actions.

• Example: Instead of daydreaming about a screenplay, you finish a first draft in a few weeks and refine it through rapid iterations.

10. Freedom From the Default Path – You stop living according to pre-set societal scripts. You design your own reality with no limits.

• Example: Instead of following a conventional career path, you engineer a life that aligns perfectly with your deepest convictions.

If you had 10x your current agency, you would feel like a force of nature—relentless, unshakable, and utterly in control of your destiny.

What’s holding you back from that level now?

Posts like these showcase why zaps are so important. Great value HODL. Take my sats 🫡

Don’t get me wrong, I have a vested interest in MSTR like many bitcoiners. But if I see you wearing this in public I’m going to ask you what a UTXO is or something.

GM, Nostr! I recently joined nostr:nprofile1qyw8wumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttjv4kxz7fwwak8vuewwdcxzcm9qythwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnxd46zuamf0ghxy6t6qqsppp673v5h2dawvpmw4r3xq9vw6mczuvmmpee2nvv9fw3l8usfl7svuw9ut on her podcast to talk about building your "Bitcoin Career". I've shared key lessons from my journey and the most important advice I’d follow if I were starting fresh.

Isabel just launched her YouTube channel, so I'm zapping ⚡ everyone who likes and comments - let's get her some views and support her work 🚀

DIRECTORS CUT OF NEW PEGGY ALBUM V GOOD🔥🔥🔥🔥

I really began to understand bitcoin when I started viewing it as encrypted energy money.

By holding the keys to a UTXO (not just buying on an exchange) you literally own an amount of energy that was expended. You can then transfer that energy to someone else in exchange for a good or service if you chose.

But the second you start talking about “encrypted energy money” to friends and family they start to look at you sideways. Glad there’s a place like this where I feel more sane 😅

Nostr really melts my brain when I actually take a step back and think about it. Like it’s hard to imagine the scale of the impact this protocol is going to have on the world.

Jeff Walton aka Punter Jeff is going to be the Roaring Kitty of MSTR. I’m a fan of Jeff's (and all the MSTR true north guys) work and he seems like a genuine dude.

It's going to be tough watching him testify in front of congress one day explaining to a bunch of boomers that he just did the proof of work to understand the trade. And that MSTR is in fact not a pyramid scheme.

I think this comment from a reddit thread about the "buyout" (https://www.reddit.com/r/fednews/comments/1icj3wc/this_non_buyout_really_seems_to_have_backfired/) is the perfect representation of the mindset of a lot of government employees. They are operating out of a place of fear because they are being forced to reckon with the fact that they have no optionality. They don't have any skills that are transferable outside of the government job they always have had. They have operated with this mindset that their job will always exist and the status quo will remain forever. Now they are having to come to terms with a reality that their job might no longer exist and they have to, for the first time, consider what their life outside of that would look like.

While I have some empathy for these people and do not wish hardship or pain on anyone, there needs to be recognition that this mindset and attitude is what has been bloating and weighing down our society for decades. People have been coddled by and become dependent on an unsustainable system for so long. The rubber is now meeting the road and someone has to feel the pain. While I am not a supporter of Trump and his party members, he is the natural response for a system that has taken so much and provided so little.
