Agreed. When first arrived here I used to enjoy the ones down on Koh Tao, hiring a moped and exploring around the dirt tracks to get down onto some random pristine beach, stunning with lots of snorkeling. Now a days I settle with Jomtien & Cozy Beach as it’s been good for some work closer to Bangkok 🤓
Used to help get Mortgage Finance for buyers there. Typical purchase prices were around THB 67-69M with loan sizes around THB 40M. Although think the biggest loan I did was around 98M on a 170M unit. Something along those lines anyways 🤓 The buffet lunch in that restaurant opposite the entrance of hotel was superb too, several meetings there 🤓

Ok I might have finally cracked it! Not had chance to listen back yet but at least the start is ok and the end too. Whilst streaming it had one point where it skipped some scenes but other than that in theory should be ok.
Not sure whether it was the Mrs going out and no longer streaming some Korean Soap or whether it was me lowered the Bitrate down from 7,000 to 6,000 that seemed to help. 😂

Trying again to get this stream up in it’s entirety. Still getting dropped frames. Not sure either if the very start came out ok but will just leave going to test it. Lowered from 7,000 down to 6,000 on the settings too. Mmm

Well that’s annoying. The full 3 hour session for some reason missed off the first few minutes. Seems to be connectivity issues I am guessing so will leave it until in the week and try again. Annoying that, tried many times and for a while kept cutting out on the second song, finally when got going, made it all the way through only to find the first few minutes missing, do decided to try and again and noticed it cut out several times so stuff it for today now LOL
