The part where people get excited about a politician and bitcoin still surprises me. They all have short time preference by the nature of their profession. They will affinity scam bitcoin. Depends on requirements. If you need it older servers off eBay and containers are efficient. If you just need to stand up personal stuff... You can get a lot done with a ARM SoC
