Yes, this is basically the idea. The main issues are that we need to build a dedicated screen at the bar, and find space for it (not easy!), and the bar staff needs to be aware of the protocol. There also has to be a way to either limit this to operating hours, otherwise we need to inform the sender that zapping at a time when we aren’t open means it goes onto the next day’s business.

So you can see we’ve been thinking about and it’s not as easy as it sounds. There are also costs involved to build it. If it doesn’t get a lot of regular usage, chances are it would be scrapped.

Nostr is the “place” I have the most fun on the internet and it’s not even close.
