Yeah I think we’re on the same page here. The idea of banks will always exist in some semblance. A bitcoin standard would in theory force a type of balkanization of community banks, credit unions, etc and deleverage the system. Nothing “too big to fail”
Or loans will be given based on real risk/return assessments and not get rich quick schemes. A return to accountability and real problem solving
For sure it should evolve to a hardware wallet, but starting off on-boarding with a simple app like Muun is the best way to begin the journey down the self custodial rabbit hole imo

Corporations have invested millions into their crypto/blockchain ventures that have yielded basically nothing. Most of the time the ship can’t be turned around, but it can rebranded
For example, an allure of “crypto” is the unknown — the ability to grasp onto a dream and sell a story without a real / functional product.
AI we are seeing the product and can be easily proven bias, incorrect, or inefficient.
Been fascinating to see the adhd hype-farmers ghosting their crypto toys and move on to generative ai. So many similarities, so many differences between the 2 types of tech
