I tried to zap, got an error.
I should have double checked BEFORE I hit post. I’m actually running v0.10.1 but will update to v0.10.2 soon.
And I love I can sort the channel list now!
I use c-lightning-rest and since this beta, the channel list has been consistently populated (previously it would be occasionally empty and I would have pull down to refresh to populate).

Doesn’t this just mean that zaps are a lie… or at least not possible to validate payment was made? I thought I saw somewhere you were being blacklisted for creating fake zaps 😂

I use Zeus with my CLN via c-lightning-rest connection. I don’t see anyway to create a bolt 12 offer in the app. I can’t try paying myself with CLN, it isn’t supported.

I’ve rolled my own LNURL server with LN Address support using a ~100 line python script against Core Lightning RPC. It was honestly easier than I anticipated. However it appears I need to do extra steps to get “zaps” to work (to show in nostr clients under a post)
I know very little about the nostr protocol overall, but I looked at NIP-57 to see if I could do it. It looks manageable except I have no idea how to validate the zap request note. Anyone have code examples on GitHub they could share?

I hope LND having bolt12 support at least in some form is enough to start mobile lightning wallet adoption.
Is there a single mobile wallet that supports paying a bolt12 offer? If there is… I can’t find it.
Only thing I know to pay bolt12 is RTL and core lightning CLI.
