It won't heal the infection, but a great way to help your body handle it is going keto or better yet, carnivore. If it's bacterial you'll still need antibiotics, though.

Occasionally on my hikes I get to do a more challenging climb. While this one wasn't too challenging it was quite fun.
If I appear a bit clumsy it's because the climb to this point had already been quite long.

If you indeed have the evidence of these allegations you should, and I would encourage you to pursue legal action. Myself, I don't believe what you claim resembles the motivations of these people, and if you'd involve yourself in the development of that platform you'd likely have full support in figuring out ways to clean it of child pornography.
I could be wrong, so I wish you well on this endeavor, whichever path you choose.

The brothel is centralized so the owner is responsible for everything that goes on there. Poorly maintained cars are the responsibility of their owners.
I'll grant that the nostr protocol can be used to proliferate child pornography, but so can any other. Should we blame the creators of SMTP for all the child porn that gets sent through email? Or HTTP? Or maybe the inventors of the numerous picture and video formats?
C'mon!

Blaming nostr for child porn is like blaming God or nature for the photons that deliver the images, or the creators of the various Internet protocols needed. It makes no sense.
If you want to stop child porn you need to go after those who create such content and those who help proliferate it, there's no other way.
It is an odd quirk of human nature to be so utterly ashamed of our bodies that we cannot stand the sight of our natural human form in daily life.
It is as if we consider that God and evolution have both made a blunder that scars us for life once beheld in full glory of their creation.
