I ended up nuke and paving the server. I'm currently running installing Bitcoin-core via the full-node script from https://bitnodes.io
Then, I'll install lnd, me pool, and lightning terminal... etc... directly. No docker. No wonky setup 🐂💩 Just bare metal, like we use to do in the old days 😂
