Sadly, payment setup is not documented in the repo.

Relay powered by aws ec2 can handle everything (with unlimited budget).
As far I know, only lnd support amp.
In the other hand, Lnurl/ lightning address is cross implementation and does not necessary mean custody.
MPP is already used for splitting payment. Amp provide atomicity.

INOSTA is an (not really) expensive image hosting service powered by AWS S3 that allows Nostr users to upload images and share them with others. Payment is done via Lightning Network.
