GM, I just had a client tell me theyâve been working so much that they donât have time to exercise and theyâve been eating a lot of fast bad food.
I want to tell her that sheâs been working too hard, and that she shouldnât be so hard on herself. Although I may be right , her fiat standard of living doesnât allow that concept to apply.
Only if she knew her efforts were more than enough but she has been spending all of her energy in exchange for a substitute money supply thatâs not designed to preserve the value of her energy.
Sheâs a really hard-working nice person so I wonât give up in helping her achieve her wellness goals in addition to supplying her with the right knowledge to preserve her efforts.
