You don't have to suffer much if you have the right mindset. The suffering in itself doesn't lead to any good. The degree to which you suffer when doing things like exercise is your weakness and poor mental virtue. Glorying suffering is mistaken. But if by "suffer", you just mean to do things which may challenge you to potentially suffer if you are weak, then you should do that wisely and a lot.

I think bitcoin is the only hope for humanity. If its up to us predictably irrational humans, without this technology, history will always repeat. The majority of sheep will die and be reborn, forgetting any wisdom of the previous generations, and the psychopaths will always observe the current engineered system, and make their incremental changes to it through their influence, one after the other until inevitably the system fails and many die, and then it all happens over again. But with bitcoin, these psychopaths cant get hold of that centralized control to the same degree.
