Longjohns Creek is a small family farm in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas raising Scottish Highland cattle. We believe in a holistic and sustainable approach to farming. We strive to use regenerative grazing practices that promote soil health and biodiversity. We aim to have the happiest and healthiest cows.

This is Gus. One of our first calves born on the farm and very well loved. He absolutely loves ear scratches. He is a curious little guy and always comes over to see what we are up to

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."

Proverbs 3: 5-6

Chickens are our favorite form of fly control for the cows. They follow the cows around spreading the manure and eating the fly larvae. This helps to keep the fly populations under control. Plus they are fun to watch.

Best Friends! Silly and Myrtle were born on the same day and are always by each others side. They are also both the first to walk up and greet you!
