Yeah I think the same, Nostr has a lot of users with a lot of followers heavily invested into zaps that might give new users the wrong impression and end up going the zaps-first mentality. But hey! Luckily, It's up to us user to keep the positive enviroment with little thing like the comments you mentioned. I usually just give a thumbs up, a hearth or a "GM!" tho :).

You can just not set up a lighting wallet (or whatever it's called), if you don't want to participate in the zaps-friendly community, but I think it's good to keep that option for content creators or people who would like to set up a business using Nostr.
I remember it being on the TV and thinking it was amazing that it was happening in the US and after the housing market crash, I guess certain people did had a LOT to lose with the occupy wallstreet movement. Just to think what would have happened to the US if it was succesful, but it's a useless exercise.
I doubt it, US has nukes, countries with nukes are treated different.

I read some of it, but I haven't been on Nostr for too long so I hope I haven't run into any LLM, but i understand the sentiment, I'd be pissed too if I learn I've been talking to a machine, it removes the authenticity of a conversation and turn it into a data harvesting interaction, at that point I'd rather just try to poison the machine.

Nostrudel los ve todos menos el video en mp4, Jumble solo me muestra el gif y los links. Me siguen gustando los dos.
