the situation with the real on the ground somali MN fraud is - on so many levels - the exact bait&switch i have been warning about for a decade. they are following a scammer skunkworks handbook but they committed irl fraud. they're stealing actual monetary funds from the government and taxpayers while living as refugees. and they're trying to play victim. which only works if you're on the show docket and running a real front business - they forgot the "real" part. they invested nothing except what they received in aid; it is all about take.
it's not a great metaphor except for what not to do.

2025 review: not much different than any other year. 2026 anticipated to be about the same. send sturdy wellies for puddle jumping, bone broth on the stove, you can fill your basket when you get here. the hens are laying eggs, best to make egg flower soup before we are overtaken. the stack of unread books continues to pile up. blessings abound.
