I just watched the #movie, Vice. I think this is one of the most horrible things I have ever seen.

It is well acted, no doubt. But the ternary of the US politics shown and the fact that it was shown as a 'movie', while nothing has changed, and even worse, some of those decision makers are still in power and running for higher positions is beyond everything.

Instead of shoving these assholes in jails, entire nations get labelled as terrorists and get bombarded... wow!

The gross US national debt surpassed $34T earlier this week for the first time, according to a Treasury Department announcement Tuesday, an increase of $1T since September and $14T since early 2020. for me escaping the constant distractions of the city was crucial

but it took being cornered by economics and physical location for me to drill down to some major cause factors for my general malaise

if you were not half way drowning as i was until very recently then maybe it doesn't matter so much but in my opinion fresh air and non-city people have other benefits such as resilience in time of disaster, and really nobody knows when they'll get caught in something like this
