The STF today launched a notice to hire companies to monitor posts on social media. The value of the contract will be R$344,997.60 and will involve daily reports that must be sent to the supreme judges with lists of posts considered "relevant" for the court.
The lists must include the author, the full text of the post and the impact (engagement). They must also indicate the authors' georeferencing, that is, where the posts came from, as well as the "patterns" of the authors' posts.
The company hired to monitor the networks must also issue alerts on topics "with great potential for repercussions".
The supreme judges will monitor the following social networks: X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, TikTok, Linkedin and "blogs". 
Expenditures of this type, which in theory would serve to finance cultural works, end up sending money to rich artists who would not need the funds. In recent years this type of spending had been reduced, but it skyrocketed under the Lula government.
