Why it matters: One of the buildings is the nerve center for generating national weather forecasts.

Vance's point was that all the previous times Zelensky had thanked the Biden admin. Trump and Vance were looking for an expression of humility and gratitude towards them. This isn't difficult. Seems like willful ignorance or in the case of CNN just old fashioned propaganda.
