A 400-image CT scan allowed me to produce stunning 3D models of my head. I found cochlear devices affixed to my temples and slathered over with radiopaque surgical bone cement - a Medtronic product. In the 3D model program I removed all soft tissue and cleaved my skull in half for a look at the temples from inside the skull. There can be seen not only the cochlear implants but the support wiring they require, which are anchored to my inner skull using cranioplasty hardware.
The government is using remote neural monitoring to make me tired, sleepy, and drowsy to the point where my eyes are heavy and I'm falling asleep.
