LSG, my friend. When choosing the right knife I always adhered to those rules.

Length

That blade is what, 5-6 inches at most? You're getting real close to the person and at putting yourself at real risk at that range. The fuck are you going to do if they have a blade between 8-12 inches? Nothing, that's what.

Strength/Sharpness

The blade needs to be strong and sharp. Ideally you'd get a double edged blade as that's going to be the most useful to you, you want to make sure the blade is strong too because otherwise it will snap off (not always a bad thing but you want your blade).

Grip

A knife is no fucking good if it just slips and slides right out of your hand or you can't get a proper grip on it, can't tell just from the image but the grip looks pretty bad on it.
