Just started using coldcard and sparrow wallet. But confused on how I can keep the labels on my UTXOs?

When I close out sparrow and eject SD card, then plug it back in and create new wallet, the labels on my UTXOs are gone.

For instance, we’ve had inflation for a year or two, and no one really cares. My friends and family operate as if nothing is going on.
