This weekend I programmed a tool that might be useful for you if you have the 12 or 24 bitcoin passphrase in a language but you want to translate it into another language of your convenience, according to BIP39.
You only need Python 3, download the repo and run python PasTra.py from the command line.
For your security I used an easy to read, and easy to check, programming language. Not a compiled software. 100% transparent.
Run if offline and check the code. Your passphrase is safe if and only if you take the right measures.
