I still have my players do that. The good thing about the rules light dnd type games is that there's a lot of wiggle room since you aren't so constrained by stuff.

Old dnd was about making your friends solve elaborate hypothetical physics puzzle deathtraps and stealing everything that could be removed with a pry-bar while living out a weird capitalist fantasy in an anachronistic western dressed as a medieval setting.

Some of you need to reevaluate your life, because clearly your time is worth nothing
