I get absolutely hammered by the algorithm on X and YouTube.

....bows.

Mind you,

a) I just joined Nostr, and

b) I'm fighting on X against the Denial of Reach/Follower Shaving algorithm punishment 'censorship', so despite my equanimity, grace and panache, I'm miniscule in the scheme of things.😶‍🌫️

Right now, from my 2.5 day old perspective, it seems my only options are just click 'post' and then it's up to the four winds if anyone even sees the damm thing?

It has potential.

But, I'm on the ground staring at my spinning bicycle wheel.

Two days in, two posts, and zero views.

I'm not talking likes, even.....but views.

Have I got my settings right? Am I connecting to the right relays? 🤷🏻

Do I even bother creating and uploading content?

Well, not until I see if it's going to be actually seen by anyone.

So, I'll persevere but Nostr's core problems - lack of eyeballs, poor UI and Nostr tutorials, calling apps clients, posts notes, servers relays, stubbornly remain.

Who needs normies anyways, right? Right?? 😃

Nostr does. Badly.

I used Claude a lot in the early days and preferred it to ChatGPT.

Testing 'note' number two.

Initial note or post received zero views after 24 hours. Bad UI makes it unclear if and what and how many relays I'm posting to.

Thus far, very underwhelmed with Nostr.
