I've been around #bitcoin for over a decade but, as I explore #Nostr, I feel this protocol has having a much broader application on the Internet. We basically have, now, an easy way to implement and use an identity system, independent of platforms. This is even better than email!

Honest question: is this social network mostly #bitcoin people? I'm one too, but I'd like to follow more people that mostly posts #normal stuff. Yes, the definition of normal is very flexible.
Now trying Amethyst. It's different from Primal and, if I understand correctly, it supports more NIPs. Or is it just a UI/UX thing?

Yes, I meant people will copy/paste the address into their client to be able to find me.
Ah, cool, so I already have that. So the idea will be to have the address on a page, and people will just copy/paste it into the Nostr client of their choice?
