I saw testimonies of people sending this document and it works.
Because we think that the system is this huge machinery of gears that it might crush us if we stand to it.
But it is made of paper fictions.
And executed by living beings.
Then you ask the supposed director of the bank several questions.
2- Please confirm that the bank was in possession of the money it claims to have lent me before I was granted the loan. In other words, was the bank physically in possession of the money it lent me before it appeared in my account? YES/NO
Point 7 is good aswell:
7- Proof that there is currency in circulation that would be indexed to anything that has a real value with which to pay this debt
Point number 5 in the document:
5- proof of debt, i.e. accounting entries showing the bank's actual losses
If they cannot provide this then you don't pay
All those premises are unanswerable.
First of all the letter says that you will gladly accept there is a debt only of they can prove they lent you "something"
Otherwise it's just a slavery contract in which you sign to give them your energy. And that is a crime.
And the responsible for that crime is the supposed director of that bank.
We all know they create the money out of thin air when you sign.
So the document asks for proof of the accountable settlements that states that the money was in the treasury of the bank before it came to you
It is basically a legal letter directed to the "supposed" (it literally says that) Director of the bank.
In which you accept to pay your debt if and only if they can provide some answers and data.
