Et un acte violent au lycée expérimental veut dire exclusion par défaut, à coté le système classique tolère largement (en tout cas j'ai vu très peu de suspensions dans ma scolarité).
Pour moi une des raisons majeures de pourquoi le harcèlement est si notoire c'est qu'il est très facile pour un·e élève de se retrouver isolé·e.
Par example de mon vécu je suis assez sur que j'ai en gros jamais discuté avec des personnes avec qui j'étais en cours pendant facilement 3 ans dans le système classique.
Par contre j'ai fait le Lycée Expérimental de Saint-Nazaire pendant 4 ans.
Bah dès le début tu as discuté avec au minimum 5~6 personnes de ton groupe de base (25~30 élèves) que tu vas connaître pas loin d'entièrement en 3~6 mois, pareil pour les gens avec qui tu as pu faire cours parceque c'est en tables rondes.
Ce qui fait que tu as pas un gouffre entre un·e camarade de classe (personne que tu connais en gros de vue) et un·e pote.
Du coup le harcèlement ou les violences assez visibles existent pas parcequ'il y a une bonne chance que la moitié des gens autours soient en gros des potes.
(Par contre je dis pas que le harcèlement peu pas exister, mais le coté préventif est là quoi)

(That said I'm not counting Android as it's targeting a different platform and not always written in Java the language)

And libc is no place to put enforcements in, only thing the libc needs to do is provide userland functions and *maybe* syscall wrappers.
Because otherwise anything that's not using the code in your preferred libc would be left open, setuid isn't even only called by programs written in C.
I quite feel like setuid(2) kind of syscalls ought to be deprecated, it shouldn't be left to ~random system programs to provide a clean or even appropriate OS runtime.
Instead you probably should have something in the style of posix_spawn with few more parameters for say authentication results (ie. user login) or capabilities (ie. daemon with privilege separation).
