I guess you're using Phoenix - it needs a min 10,000 sat first payment so that they can open a channel towards you (with a 3000sat initial fee).
if you don't already have a lightning node / phoenix / other LSP integrated LN app with existing channels - you might be better off using something like Alby or WoS then transition to self-custody when appropriate.
