#Relays should soon become less dependent on the traditional (read centralised) methods. Get rid of a static IP dependence, host dependence, should become as easy as anyone (read layman) can spin up and host relays right from their home devices. For it to be truly censorship resistant and as decentralised as possible it should follow #Bitcoin 's path. How can that be technically achieved? I'm not an expert, but I'm sure someone can achieve this.
Why has it been merged? Can it not serve a different purpose, a different policy or something?
What do you do when #Bitcoin price goes up north with 1k hourly candles? Nothing different. Just stay humble and stack sats!
