One of the best ways to increase the studios revenues right now is to spent more money on cracking down on people running pirate streaming services to force people to spend money on shitty digital rentals or cheap streaming. Even getting their eyes in front of ads on the really bad services is worth it

I don't know much about Prime but they don't seem to have a problem being ripped anyway :)
WEB-DL means "we cut corners". Even if the show/movie was originally released on streaming.
