>Using a vertical mouse does mean rotating your arm inward
I guess I don't experience that with the mx vertical. Maybe it depends on the one you're using? I think I see what you're talking about if I try to keep my hand perfectly vertical but that's not actually how this mouse is held.
>A trick for managing RSI and CT for me was been to keep my keyboard and mouse further way from me on the desk, and sit higher up.
I've found that gives me shoulder pain. Putting the keyboard in my lap has typically worked better for me.

I'd be interested to know how you could get elbow strain from a vertical mouse and now from a normal one. I don't see how that's possible if your posture is basically just arms at your side

nostr:npub1wel85h79qszl8rm4kh6w9wrzttm929n2ze9wajv3ltghy26eh0lqwjm9q9 I've been using one for a few years now and it fixed my carpal tunnel and forearm issues. I am only getting them back now because I pulled a bunch of all nighters for the past few weeks (and also used a standard mouse for gaming recently).
nostr:npub18xytkg0prctw49de0dfzr680fk09tk7r0uu2wndfx20l3akgh0wqkmc6yw I'm mostly concerned with improving my aim right now. I don't expect to use the gun in a defensive situation given where I am.

nostr:npub18xytkg0prctw49de0dfzr680fk09tk7r0uu2wndfx20l3akgh0wqkmc6yw I actually already have a gun but ammo prices are absolute murder and I want to get into shooting. I'm thinking for starters just like a .22 or something, which I'd presume would be pretty cheap

fuk amazon. Ever since I learned they hate American ideology, basically when they started the AWS chinese hosting scam, I stopped using them for literally anything.
Buy local.

I've gotten much better results by saying "you have a %35 chance that anything you get will be fake and if you buy vitamins from them you're poisoning yourself with lead". Both of which are true by the way.
