I have one of the most powerful consumer CPUs in the world and it constantly stalls out for multiple seconds doing extremely trivial tasks. Jet brains IDEs that take almost double the memory are extremely snappy. Almost as fast as using basic vim in a terminal.

Visual Studio today is just a lumbering behemoth full of cruft. Many developers seem to be abandoning it these days because it's so hard to work with anymore.

I guess I don't find bossmanjack as amusing as everybody else does. He's just a very sad creature.
