I want to create a gentle and clear world.

Today is the new moon in Pisces.

I will try to do this from time to time to keep my mind and body in a flat state.

I'm going to stop thinking about difficult things today and just relax and enjoy my day off.

I drink coffee or tea during relaxing tea times, sometimes I also drink pine needle tea. The benefits of pine needles are too numerous to mention.
