All the exchanges are designed for a rugpull. #bitcoin is a self custody asset. Dont leave your coins on exchanges or mobile wallets or even desktop wallets. Move them out of any online presence.
There is so much to learn about keeping your #bitcoin safe. Having 6 #btc in a mobile wallet is already worst mistake. Even a 0.25 BTC is too much and needs true offline and permanent cold storage. So it cant be touched easily even by the owner.
The first public info that even Gov of #india has accumulated some crypto. The article does not clarify which crypto currency was held. Since they needed an exchange, it likely is not #bitcoin
