Forget BTCPay for the moment, it is irrelevant to LN node. It is set on the channel, in RTL in your case 🐶🐾🫡

Yeah I don't see a setting. If I go to Channel -> View Info I see max htlc is at 0, but its not editable.

You need for invoice from a different wallet, like WoS or getAlby custodial.

Since you are the one who opened a channel, all the balance is on your side. This means that you cannot receive anything, unless you send something. If you have WoS or getAlby, then you could send funds to your wallet from the node to gain receive liquidity 🐶🐾🫡
